To Return a product(s), please read all of the bullets listed below.
Then, email our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org request a RETURN FORM to be emailed to you. Once you get the RETURN FORM, fill it out completely and then put it in the box WITH the product(s) you are returning. Allow 10-14 days for your Return to be received by us and issue the credit back onto your credit card/payment card.
We have a Kan-doo Attitude and we aim to please. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind for any reason and need to Return an item(s), we’ll gladly process a Return subject to the following conditions:
- We suggest you try your item on as soon as it is received to ensure you are able to return the item within the 30-day time frame for processing Returns.
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Item(s) must be in original, new, unwashed, unworn, unaltered condition.
- Item(s) must be smoke-free, fragrance free, pet hair free and show no signs of use, wash or wear.
- We do not issue Refunds on your original shipping cost EXCEPT for faulty item(s) on our part.
- If you received a faulty product, please contact us immediately via phone or email so that we have a chance to make it right. We want you to be fully satisfied with us and our products. Please email us a photo of the fault and write a description in your email of the problem with your faulty product. We may then be able to replace the exact same item(s) if it is still available in our inventory OR give you a full product and shipping Refund.
- If an item(s) is faulty, we must be made aware of it before the 30-day time frame is up from the date of your purchase. Please inspect your purchased item(s) as soon as you receive it.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES?
We do not Refund initial shipping charges for items being returned EXCEPT for faulty items. Kan-doo Attitude is not liable for items that get lost in the mail or with a Carrier as they are in transit back to us. Therefore, your Return must be TRACKABLE.
Save your Tracking Number until a credit is finalized on your payment card from us.
It is our goal to process Refunds as soon as they are received. However, please allow up to 14 days for Returns to be received, re-inventoried and your Credit to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your Refund once we receive your product in the mail and once the Refund has been processed. .
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
It is our goal to make sure we inspect and double-check every item(s) before it is packed and shipped to you to ensure your order is correct before we mail it. However, mistakes do happen and when they do, we apologize. If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at email@example.com or call our business office cell phone at 303-877-4839 so we can correct our mistake.
Due to the potential limited nature of some of our item(s) and to make shopping with us a little faster and easier, we do not offer Exchanges on any item(s). Instead, if you would like a different size or item, we recommend you purchasing the item that you want on our website and then following the Returns process outlined above for a Refund on the original purchased item you want to Return.
