HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To Return an item(s), please read all of the bullets listed below and then complete the RETURN REQUEST FORM HERE
We have a Kan-doo Attitude and we aim to please. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind for any reason and need to Return an item(s), we’ll gladly process a Return subject to the following conditions:
- We suggest you try your item on as soon as it is received to ensure you are able to return the item within the 30-day time frame.
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Item(s) must contain the original Proof of Purchase.
- Item(s) must be in its original, NEW, unwashed, unworn, unaltered condition.
- Item(s) must not smell of smoke, perfume or contain pet hair or other elements and signs of either wash or wear.
- Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates (although not available at this time) may not be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Tags: Gift Tags (although not available at this time) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- We do not give Refunds on your shipping cost EXCEPT for faulty item(s) on our part.
- If you received a faulty product, please contact us immediately via phone or email so that we have a change to make it right. We want you to be fully satisfied with us and our products. Please email us a photo of the fault and write a description in your email of the problem with your faulty product. We may then be able to replace the exact same item(s) if it is still available in our inventory OR give you a full product and shipping Refund.
- If an item(s) is faulty, we must be made aware of it before the 30-day time frame is up from the date of your purchase. Please inspect your purchased item(s) as soon as you receive it.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES?
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items being returned EXCEPT for faulty items. Kan-doo Attitude is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method for taking note of your tracking number.
Once the item(s) you return are cleared for a refund (per the bullet points above), you’ll receive a refund for the purchase price you paid (excluding the original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment you used for purchase.
It is our goal to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 7-10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund once finalized.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
It is our goal to make sure we inspect and double-check every item(s) before it is packed and shipped to make sure your order is correct. However, mistakes do happen and when they do, we apologize. If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us so we will correct our mistake. We appreciate receiving your incorrect or faulty item(s) within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Due to the potential limited nature of some of our item(s) and to make shopping with us a little faster and easier, we do not offer Exchanges on any item(s). Instead, if you would like a different size or item, we recommend you purchasing the item that you want on our website and then following the Returns process outlined above for a refund on the original purchased item you want to Return.
