Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?
We offer Returns on all items returned within 30 days of the purchase date provided tags are still on and the item(s) is still in unused, unwashed, new condition. To see the full list of terms in order for us to process a Refund, please see the “Refunds” link at the bottom of the home page. We do not offer Exchanges. Please fully read the Refunds information in the Refunds link to learn how we handle Exchanges. It's easy but we'll help you; just give us a call.
I would like a different size, color, style or fabric content of shirt than what I see on your website. I want?
The styles, colors, and sizes currently available on our website reflect our complete line or what we have in stock. If there’s a different style, color or size preference that you would like or need, please email us. We’re still growing and your input is valuable to us.
Do you have a Fit & Size Guide?
Yes. Please look at the bottom of our Home page for our FIT GUIDE. The FIT GUIDE will also show up on the "SHOP" page. If you have any further questions about fit, size or fabrics, please contact us.
Are you planning to offer any other products in the future?
Absolutely! We’re in the process of increasing product lines by adding colors as well as styles. We have other plans for product growth as well. You can check our site often for new offers, products, news and events or better yet, SIGN UP FOR OUR GOOD NEWS LETTER to be the first to hear about our growth, new products and other good news with a Kan-doo Attitude.
Do you ship outside of the United States of America?
No. At this time, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal.
I didn’t receive my order
If, after tracking your order, you are unable to determine where your package is, please email us or call us at 303-877-4839.
Do you offer Gift Tags or Gift Wrap?
Not at this time.
Can I ship to a Military Address?
We ship to APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) Military addresses. When shipping to an APO or FPO address, expect delivery times to exceed 10 days. Please place your APO or FPO order by calling us at 303-877-4839.
Can I Ship to A Post Office Box?
Yes.
What Are the Shipping Rates?
Shipping Rates vary depending on the location you order is shipped to and the weight of your package. Your shipping fee will automatically calculate once you enter the zip code of the location your order will ship to.
Can I request that Kan-doo Attitude donate to my event or organization?
Yes. Please contact us via phone or email to discuss your request.
Do you give discounts on large orders?
Purchasing Kan-doo Attitude products for yourself is a great idea, but giving Kan-doo Attitude products to your large group is even better. For discounts on bulk orders, please contact Stacey Lane at stacey@kan-dooattitude.com or call 303-877-4839.
I’m looking for a Kan-doo Attitude product that I don’t see on your website. Is there any way I can order it?
We try to keep our collections updated to stay in-tune with the season. The dynamic nature of our product selection means that sometimes specific items can be sold out or, simply, out of stock until a we place a new print order. If you do not see a product on our website, it is not available through us at the current time. If you would like to purchase a large bulk order, call us and we can place a custom print job order just for you or your organization.
The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it’s available again?
If the words “out of stock” appear next to the size selection of an item, the item is currently unavailable, and while we wish we had more to offer, there is no guarantee that product will be restocked. Please contact us for more details on a given product.
How does the Kan-doo Attitude E-Gift Card work?
AT THIS TIME, GIFT CARDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
- You cannot purchase an Online Gift Certificate with another Gift Certificate
- If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card
- If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored with your lifeisgood.com account for your next purchase using the same Gift Certificate code
- If you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service team
- Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law)
- We cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates
- We do not charge sales tax when you buy an Online Gift Certificate because it is charged when the Gift Certificate is used.
I think I have purchased a Counterfeit Kan-doo Attitude item.
Kan-doo Attitude is an authentic brand name with a distinctive, trademarked logo. We also put a great deal of thought and effort into putting the best quality t-shirts into our customer’s hands. We have a deep respect for intellectual property rights and we operate with integrity. All of our designs are original and created in house. We want you to be proud to purchase product(s) with our logo on it and we want you to know that we are committed to making sure you know you are wearing AUTHENTIC, ORIGINAL Kan-doo Attitude apparel.
Although we do our very best to ensure that our designs and logos are not copied, the occurrence of counterfeit copies of merchandise has increased all over the world and even here in our great country, the U.S.A. We recommend always purchasing your Kan-doo Attitude brand products from our website. Please be aware that counterfeit items will not have been printed in our approved printing facilities where we pride ourselves on using only the finest printing processes available.
