We want to be sure you are fully pleased with your purchase. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent customer service. So, for any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll assist you with a refund or exchange up to 30 days after you receive you product.
How to Return or Exchange a Product
Please fill out the Return or Exchange section of the form completely and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate on the form if you prefere to receive a refund or an exchange for another size, color or item.
All merchandise is returnable within 30 days after you receive it for a full refund (minus your shipping charge). The item must be shipped back in new condition and must not have been washed or worn and the returned package must include a Return or Exchange form.

If an item you order is not in stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified within 24 hours and be presented with the following options:
1. We will give you the date the item will be available to see if you would like to wait for the item to be restocked;
2. You can purchase another product;
3. We can issue a credit back to your credit card or PayPal account; or
4. If an item is no longer available, we will notify you and you can either receive a refund or order a replacement product.
