ORDERING FROM US

I haven't received my order. How can I find out where my shipment is?

When your order ships you will receive an e-mail confirmation. This e-mail will contain a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. If you still have questions, please contact customer service at 1.888.kandoo.2 (1-888-526-3662)

Why am I not receiving any e-mail confirmations?
Please check your "spam" filter settings. By rejecting unwanted junk e-mail, you may be inadvertently blocking our messages. Some web-based e-mail (such as Yahoo, Google, or Hotmail) may block e-mail from unknown senders; you may need to deactivate these settings or check your "junk mail" folder.  When you get an e-mail from kan-doo attitude, we suggest you choose to "allow sender". This will permit future e-mail from kan-doo attitude reaches you without further problems.

What is your return policy?

kan-doo attitude guarantees all products we sell on-line to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.  If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color (if available).  We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations?

  • Item must be returned within 45 days from date of purchase;
  • Item(s) that have been laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
  • What happens if an item is backordered?

    kan-doo attitude does everything possible to ensure that styles, sizes, and colors are in-stock and ready-to-ship. However, sometimes demand outpaces supply and we fall short in our in-stock inventory.  In these rare circumstances, you'll be notified via e-mail that an item in your order is backordered. The backordered item will ship as soon as it becomes available and we'll let you know when that is - should you desire to cancel your order.  We make sure that backordered items are promptly replenished. Typically, the delay will be no more than 2-3 weeks.

      Very Important. Your credit card and Pay Pal account will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. If any item in your order is backordered, you will only be charged for the items that ship.

      SUBMITTING YOUR TESTIMONIALS

      How do I submit a photo testimonial?

      Click on the Release Form and read it completely.  Fill it out and then attach your photo and written testimonial for our review.  Not all photo testimonials we receive will be added to our website. 

      What sorts of photo testimonials will you consider for the website?

      Authenticity and enjoyment of the human subject matter in interesting environments draws our attention - however, this allows you to be creative and enjoy the process of preparing to share your kan-doo experience with us!  

      We must be able to read the logo or positive message on the back of the shirt very easily on the kan-doo product in the image.  

       Kan-doo will not accept or post photo-testimonials depicting obvious harm or danger to children or animals.

      Do you offer any tall or plus sizes?

      At this time, we do not offer tall or plus sizes. For more sizing options, you may want to check out our Unisex styles, which have a more generous cut for many different bodies. types.
